Diggaj Realty helps prospective buyers with property enquiries, site visits and communication with developers.
We do not develop or construct the projects listed here. This website is independently operated and is not the official website of Sattva Group.
Where we describe ourselves as an authorised channel partner, that authorisation applies only to projects covered by a valid appointment from the developer. Mentioning a developer or displaying its projects does not mean we represent its entire portfolio.
The developer is responsible for project pricing, specifications, construction and possession commitments under the relevant agreements and law. Buyers enter into booking and sale agreements directly with the developer.
2. Project Information
The information on this website is drawn from developer materials and other identified sources available when the content is published. Prices, availability, amenities and other details may change over time.
Project images, sample interiors, artistic impressions and conceptual floor plans should be treated as illustrations unless stated otherwise. Furniture, finishes or features shown in these visuals may not be included in the property.
Before booking, ask the developer to confirm the selected unit’s area, specifications, approved plans, availability, total cost and possession schedule. Check these details against the relevant official records.
These checks do not remove our responsibility to provide accurate information and meet our legal obligations.
3. No Binding Offer or Guarantee
The website is intended to support property research and enquiries. Its content does not, on its own, amount to a binding offer, confirmed booking or unit allotment.
Sending an enquiry, requesting a brochure or visiting a project does not reserve a property. A booking must follow the developer’s official process.

4. Pricing and Commission
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices shown on this website are indicative. The final price may depend on the unit, floor, configuration, availability and offers applicable at the time.
Taxes and other charges, including applicable GST, stamp duty, registration fees and maintenance deposits, may be payable in addition to the displayed price. Please obtain the developer’s current written cost sheet to understand the full amount and its inclusions.
Diggaj Realty may earn a commission from the developer when a transaction is completed. If any separate fee is payable by you to us, we will disclose it and obtain your written agreement before providing the relevant service.
An updated website price or offer does not override an existing contractual commitment or your statutory rights.
5. Site Visits and Verbal Information
We may arrange site visits and help you get answers to questions about a property.
If a price, offer, specification or possession commitment is discussed during a call, meeting or visit, please request written confirmation before relying on it for a purchase decision.
Verbal discussions do not amend signed transaction documents. Your rights in relation to misleading statements or representations remain subject to applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
Original content and Diggaj Realty branding on this website belong to us or are used with permission.
Developer names, trademarks, photographs, brochures and floor plans belong to their respective owners. Displaying these materials does not give visitors ownership or permission to use them commercially.
You may read and view website content for personal property research. Permission from the relevant rights holder is required for reproduction, redistribution or commercial reuse, except where the law permits otherwise.
